ADRIAN'S COMMENTS ON THE AMP -

I think the cabinet is original and has a second maker's plate located on the top near the leather handle.  The wooden casing has clips on either side and it looks as though speakers should be attached ( 1 at the front, 1 at the back) to form a square shape cabinet when fastened.  The outside of the wooden structure for the unit, (not illustrated), is covered in a black leatherette, similar to other early amps I've seen.  All the valves light up but I haven't tried it through any speakers yet, though there are some original speaker connectors which come out of the back of the amp. I suspect these plugged in to the clip-on speakers.  The whole idea seems to be like a early style pack-a-way PA system.
