The Bigsby vibrato tailpiece is probably an after-market addition to this guitar. Originally, a Lyre-style tailpiece would have been fitted to this particular example. Note the original Selmer "tweed" case.
Enclosed spring-loaded tuners were fitted to the Verithin from 1967 onwards.
