Seemingly a multi-purpose amplifier with 3 inputs sharing 2 volume controls and common bass and treble pots. Vibrato (though it may actually be tremolo as both terms were frequently misused) on one channel with Frequency and Depth controls. Socket for external footswitch to control vibrato, plus extension speaker socket. Valve line-up is ECC81, ECC83, EF86, EZ81 rectifier and 2 x EL34. Speaker is a 12" Grampian Reproducers branded alnico-magnet model, presumably heavy-duty to cope with the 30+ watts which two EL34's can throw out.
