RICHARD'S COMMENTS ABOUT HIS BASSMAN:
I have a Selmer Truvoice Bassmaster amp. serial no. BM/441 (head only) which I purchased new February 1963 from Sound City, London and used until 1995. Over the years it has been necessary to rebuild the power supply on several occasions as the power capacitors were never intended to last 5000 hours let alone 12000 hours of gigs but apart from bad hum this amp has not let me down ever. Used with a VOX Foundation cab it gives a clear woody tone but the cab lets its down; sometimes guttering on the low "E". When used with a 2x15 Fender cab is does everything necessary.
