RESTORED HOFNER 182 SOLID BASS GUITAR

MARTIN EXPLAINS ABOUT HIS BASS:

"I had a lonely 182 neck which I fitted to a recently purchased bare-wood 182 body that was vinyl-covered originally. It is now re-finished in dark blue metallic.

Custom electronics fitted (1 Master Vol, 1 Balance, 3filters), on a custom-made pickguard.

Machines are Schaller M4, with M6 short-type gears and pearloid buttons.

Both pickups framed (height adjustable) - these are the currently available Hofner re-issue type, but with modified pickup frames.

A fully adjustable bridge is now fitted."
